"Brother Jacky" has been the esteemed leader of the Eden Westside Baptist Church for over 37 years. During his tenure, the church has become a prominent baptizing congregation within the local Southern Baptist Associations. The church has shown remarkable growth under his guidance. Brother Jacky is dedicated to excellence, a quality that is evident in all aspects of his work and deeply ingrained in the ethos of the church and those he mentors. He commands great respect at local, national, and international levels, as evidenced by his recurring invitations to conduct international Pastors' Conferences and Crusades. In recognition of his contributions, he was honored with the 2018 Troy L. Morrison Award from the Alabama State Board of Missions.

Throughout his long career in business and ministry, he has been given many opportunities to mentor, teach, train, and hire leaders. JC Impact Ministries developed the IMPACT Leadership Summit, a multi-session event that invites well-known professionals to speak and participate in panels. They also host Power Lunches, a motivational workshop designed for regional leaders to network for over twenty years.
